Our client is a world wide leader known for innovative projects and an IT deparment with excellent teamspirit.
For the IT department we are searching for a candidate with experience in QOS ( Quality of service).

As a main contributor in the the QoS program you'll be responsible for the following :

- Implementation of business SLA's towards the IT product teams and business entities
- You'll contribute to the efficiency and improvement of the SLM processes
- Service definition
- SLA reporting plus a service catalog maintenance
- A detailed follow-up + escalation of remediation in case the service delivered isn't at the necessary level
 

Vereisten

Your technical skillset :

- ITIL experience
- Service level management experience
- An excellent comprehension of IT architecture in a cloud based environment
- Proven AGILE experience

Languages :

- English at a high level spoken and written
- Dutch or French are nice to haves

Soft skills :

- Great communicator
- Diplomatic
- You can keep a cool head in stressful situations
